Tammy Hawes is an experienced professional in the field of compensation consulting and analysis, holding key positions at Bank of America as VP and AVP of Compensation Consultant, as well as an Associate within Global Corporate and Investment Banking COO. Prior to this, Tammy served as a Senior Reporting Analyst at ADP while working onsite at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, and held roles as an Account Manager and Recruiter at Axelon Services Corporation. Tammy began their career as a Junior Tax Accountant at Condé Nast and gained experience as a Global Tax Intern/Analyst at Sony. Tammy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Montclair State University from 2009 to 2013.
