Ruoh-Yann Huang is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and automation. Currently serving as Head of Network Automation, Observability, and AIOps at Bank of America since October 2017, Ruoh-Yann has previously held significant positions, including Head of Cyber Security Engineering at TD and several roles at Goldman Sachs, culminating in Tech Fellow. At Goldman Sachs, Ruoh-Yann led global security engineering teams, restructured engineering operations, and developed innovative infrastructure solutions. An alumna of Rutgers University with a BS in Computer Science, Ruoh-Yann was recognized as a Tech Fellow in 2006, distinguishing as one of the first two women to achieve this honor at the firm.
