Maia H. Hardin has a robust background in operational performance and management, demonstrated through extensive experience at Bank of America since December 2004. As Senior Vice President, Operational Performance, Maia oversees the performance of Small Business Contact Centers with approximately 1300 agents and significant call volume. Previous roles include SVP of Scheduling and Workforce Management, handling large-scale contact center operations, and SVP positions focusing on loan administration, client fulfillment, and various business support services. Prior to Bank of America, Maia worked at Ingersoll Rand as Logistics Services Manager and at Sea-Land Service, Inc. across various roles including Logistics Manager. Maia holds a Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and has studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
