Lorry Olson is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. Currently serving at Bank of America since January 2007, Lorry has held multiple senior leadership roles, including SVP for Learning and Leadership Development, where support was provided for the Chief Data Office, and SVP for Executive Assessments, overseeing executive onboarding and coaching initiatives. Previous roles include HR Director at Capital One, leading HR evaluations and change management during acquisitions, and Senior HR Consultant at SHL, offering HR consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Lorry holds a Ph.D. and MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, an MBA from Isenberg School of Management, and a BA in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
