Jyotsana Utsav is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President at Bank of America since December 2018, with prior experience as Assistant Vice President - Solution Architect. Jyotsana held the role of Tech Lead on a contract basis at CVS Health for a brief period in late 2018 and worked as a Teradata Lead Developer on a contract with Apple earlier that same year. Previous experience includes serving as a Program Analyst at Bank of America and a Senior Application Developer at IBM, contributing significantly to data warehousing and database management projects using various technologies. Jyotsana holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Modi Institute of Technology and Science and is pursuing a Master's degree in Information & Technology Management at The University of Texas at Dallas. Early education was completed at Bishop's Westcott Girls School in Ranchi.
