Jenny Samuels is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and operations management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Bank of America since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jenny held the position of Executive Director at J.P. Morgan from April 2016 to December 2022. With extensive experience at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from June 2007 to March 2016, Jenny was responsible for leading engineering and service assurance for Global Operations in the APAC region, managing large teams, and overseeing significant multinational projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Shell as a Consultant specializing in WAN optimization and at Equant as an Implementation Engineer. Jenny holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney.
