Prior to this role, Giri was a Partner at Sterling Cybersecurity LLC, providing consulting services in cybersecurity risk assessments and strategy development. Giri's extensive experience in technology risk management includes a tenure as Vice President and Global Head of Technology Risk Management, Strategy, and Governance at MetLife, where processes for risk identification and reporting were revamped. Other notable positions include Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, leading IT Strategy and Information Security for the Investment Banking Division, and Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where a technology architecture transformation strategy was directed.
