Elizabeth Schoentube is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in global human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Global HR COO at Bank of America since March 2014. Previously, Elizabeth held multiple senior vice president roles at Bank of America related to campus recruiting and program management. Prior to this, Elizabeth spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs in various leadership positions in campus recruiting and training, including Vice President roles overseeing global investment management and Americas campus recruiting operations. Elizabeth began their career at Credit Suisse as an Analyst focused on training initiatives within the Investment Banking Division. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
