Amirah Emily Gardiner is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting policy and advisory roles, currently serving as Director and EMEA Head of Accounting Policy at Bank of America since May 2020. Previously, Amirah held senior positions at EY as a Senior Manager in Transaction Structuring and Financial Services Accounting Advisory, and at the Bank of England as a Technical Specialist in the Policy Directorate. Further experience includes serving as Vice President at both JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Deutsche Bank, specifically within their Corporate Accounting Policies and Accounting Policy and Advisory Group, respectively. Amirah's career commenced at Ernst & Young, where roles included Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory Services. Amirah holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Richmond, The American International University in London, and a Bachelor of Music in Harp Performance from The Johns Hopkins University.
