Selena Ling is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in financial markets and fiscal policy. Currently serving as Chief Economist and Head of Global Markets Research & Strategy at OCBC since 2000, Selena Ling has also held the position of Head of Treasury Research & Strategy within the Global Treasury Division. Prior to joining OCBC, Selena Ling contributed to the Ministry of Finance in Singapore as Assistant Director of the Fiscal Policy Division and to the Ministry of Trade and Industry as Assistant Director of the Economics Division. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Master of Social Sciences in Applied Economics from the National University of Singapore.
