Richard Lazaro Tan has extensive experience in IT management and support roles, currently serving as a Manager at OCBC Bank since June 2022, focusing on delivering global desktop solutions and enhancing workplace productivity. Prior to this, Richard was an Associate at DBS Bank from September 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing PC lifecycle, application deployment, and incident resolution. With a background in system administration at IBM and technical support roles at D-Link, PCM, and Sitel, Richard has developed a comprehensive skill set in IT support and operations. Richard holds a degree in Infrastructure Services from LithanHall Academy and a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of the Cordilleras.
