Katrina Low

Customer Service Team Lead at OCBC NISP

Katrina Low has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Customer Service Team Lead at OCBC Bank since August 2009, where previous roles include Workforce Manager, Assistant Team Manager, and Customer Service Manager. Prior to this, Katrina worked as a Sales Associate at Digital Force Networking from March 2006 to June 2009, and completed an internship at the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts Singapore in early 2006. Earlier experience includes working as a Retail Assistant at MoonGlade from December 2003 to December 2005. Katrina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Singapore Institute of Management, earned between June 2007 and June 2009.
