He Li currently serves as the Lead of Digital Transformation & COO Divisional Office at OCBC Bank, overseeing the digital transformation initiatives for OCBC China since August 2020. This role involves implementing a three-year strategic plan and managing over 50 digital projects that enhance the bank's performance. Previously, He Li worked as a Digital Banking Consultant at OCBC Bank, a Senior Business Development Manager at Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., and an Officer at the People's Bank of China, gaining extensive experience in asset management, regulatory practices, and research within the financial industry. A former financial journalist at Reuters, He Li earned an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Innovation from NBS Alumni Affairs at NTU, as well as advanced degrees in Economics and Management Information Systems.
