Gary PL Chong is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Group Operational Risk Management at OCBC since December 2022, Gary also contributes to Ngee Ann Polytechnic as an Advisory Committee Member for the School of Business & Accountancy and as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Interdisciplinary School FinTech Module since January 2023. Previous roles include Managing Director of Non-Financial Risk Management at ING, and various director-level positions at Credit Suisse, UBS, and Standard Chartered Bank. Gary holds an Executive MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
