Ersan Tanjung currently serves as Head of Portfolio Management at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ersan held the position of Credit Risk Analytics and Provisioning IFRS 9 at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia from October 2022 to August 2024, focusing on credit performance monitoring and risk model development. Ersan's experience also includes working at CIMB Niaga, where responsibilities involved setting up an ECL monitoring framework and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
