Steven Lufthanza Bong is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and user experience, currently serving as an Officer Development Program IT at PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. Previous positions include Product Researcher at Waresix and CX Support at WIZ.AI, where Steven successfully improved client business processes and managed bot testing. As a UX Researcher at Adira Finance, Steven contributed to enterprise application development by analyzing user habits.
