Kelly S. has over 30 years of work experience in the software, multimedia and web development fields. Kelly began their career in 1988 as a Senior Software Engineer at Acxiom Corporation. Kelly then moved to Nuvell Financial Services in 2004 as a Senior Web Content Administrator, followed by Winrock International in 2005 as a Senior Software Developer. In 2007, Kelly S. joined Pinnacle Business Solutions as a Senior Systems Analyst Programmer, and then The Computer Works in 2008 as a Senior Web Developer. In 2010, they became the Chief Technology Officer at BankLabs, and has been the Owner of Kelly Software, LLC. since 1991 and Kelly Shipp Photography since 1981.

Kelly S. began their education in 1981 at Southern Arkansas University, studying Computer Science. Kelly then transferred to Missouri University of Science and Technology to continue their studies in Computer Science. From there, they moved to Harding University to study Computer Science. In 1984, Kelly S. completed their B.A. in Computer Science & Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University. Finally, in 1991, they earned their MBA in Computer & Information Systems Resources Management from Webster Vienna Private University.
