Michael P. is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in CICS and MQ systems. Currently serving as the CICS System Team Leader and previously as a CICS & MQ System Programmer at Bank Hapoalim since December 2017, Michael has demonstrated leadership and technical expertise. Prior to this, Michael worked at Discount Bank from January 2011 to April 2017 as a CICS System Engineer. Michael also gained valuable experience in the IDF from March 2004 to November 2010, holding positions as a Development Team Leader and CICS Application Programmer. Michael holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University.
