Paul Goudie has been the Institutional CRO since February 2015, responsible for overseeing all aspects of risks related to the treasury activities of GE Capital. His responsibility is to supervise country risk, credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk and asset and liability management. Paul Goudie is also the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for the Global Legacy Solutions section of GE Capital, responsible for risk management and oversight of the assets remaining within the GE Capital structure.
Prior to joining GE, Paul Goudie worked for 10 years at Royal Bank of Scotland and was the Director of Credit and Market Risks at Royal Bank of Scotland in the United States. He also served as Global Director for Asset Backed Securities (ABS).
Paul Goudie also worked as the Director responsible for the asset-backed loans area of ​​Greenwich Capital Markets, where he was responsible for the credit risk of asset-backed financing, including: credit risk related to mortgage real estate.
Paul Goudie holds an MBA degree from City University Business School in London and a bachelor's degree from the University of York in Great Britain.
