Fahad Alshammrani is an experienced professional in the banking sector, currently serving as the Self-Service Department Manager at Bank Albilad since February 2017, responsible for managing self-service channels, introducing new products, and overseeing substantial budgets. Prior to this role, Fahad held positions at Riyad Bank as AVP - Head of ATM Monitoring & Control Unit, and at SABB as a Self Service Officer, where responsibilities included 24/7 ATM monitoring, operational budget control, and performance analysis. Fahad's background also includes roles focused on development and deployment of electronic channels and call center supervision.
