Emir Emerald is a seasoned compliance and legal professional with extensive experience in various roles related to compliance management and legal counsel. Currently serving as General Compliance Manager at PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk since August 2023, Emir focuses on creating compliance strategies and ensuring adherence to regulations within the sharia banking and digital banking sectors. Prior to this, Emir contributed to Fasset as a Legal professional, facilitating global licensing efforts, and held the position of General Compliance Manager at ALAMI, where compliance strategies and regulatory reporting were emphasized. Emir’s earlier roles include Senior General Compliance and Legal Counsel at ALAMI, Legal Officer at CROWDE, and Junior Associate positions at Indrawan Darsyah Santoso and SNR Counsellors at Law, specializing in commercial contracts and litigation. Emir holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Business Law from BINUS University.
