Juliana E Prado has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Official de Relacionamiento Humano at Banistmo since April 2020, focusing on providing comprehensive advice to employees and facilitating decision-making within the department. Juliana previously held roles at Banistmo from 2010 to 2018, including Analyst of Selection and interim Analyst of Quality of Life, where responsibilities encompassed the entire recruitment process, enhancing organizational climate, and negotiating employee benefits. Prior to Banistmo, experience at HSBC involved managing the onboarding process and maintaining budgetary compliance, while earlier roles at Financomer included recruitment, psychological testing, and coordinating employee events.
