Tom Hallatt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and human resources. Currently serving as the People & Culture Director at Banham Group since September 2016, Tom has previously held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Sales Director and Sales Development Manager. Prior to Banham Group, Tom worked at Lorien as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on IT and Business Change roles in the Financial Services sector. Early career experiences include working as a Sales Consultant at Banham Group and a Gallery Sales Associate at Payneshurvell Gallery. Tom holds a Master of Arts with Honours in History of Art from The University of Edinburgh and a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design from University of the Arts London.
