Kenika Ongajsittigul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Bangkok Life Assurance Public Company Limited since July 2024, Kenika previously held the position of Vice President and Lead of Customer Experience at FWD Insurance, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance customer journeys and drive engagement. Prior roles include Senior Manager - Product Owner at Tencent Thailand, AVP Senior Business Project Specialist at Kasikorn Bank, and AVP Service Experience Manager at Standard Chartered Bank. Kenika holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering, both from Chulalongkorn University.
