GGK NAIR has extensive work experience in various government and public sector organizations. They started their career as a Garrison Engineer for the Government of India, where they were involved in the planning, execution, and maintenance of army educational institutions and infrastructure. They also had responsibilities in contract planning and preparation.

They later joined the National Highways Authority of India as a Project Director, where they oversaw various highway projects in West Bengal, including the Golden Quadrilateral and a six-lane highway bridge project in Kolkata.

After that, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager for the Government of India, focusing on contract management, RFP preparation, and infrastructure planning for the armed forces. They also played a role in innovation and structural design.

Currently, GGK NAIR is working as the Chief Engineer for the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited. In this position, they are responsible for commercial evaluation, quality assurance checks, and vendor management in metro projects.
