Octavian Gherman is a seasoned technical support and management professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Manager of the Technical Assistance Center at Bandwidth Inc. since April 2021, responsibilities include leading a team of support engineers and managing customer escalations. Prior roles at Voxbone involved progressive responsibilities from Senior Technical Support Engineer to Product Specialist, overseeing complex technical issues related to voice and messaging services.
