Sourav Bera is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bandhan Bank since June 2020. Prior to this role, Sourav worked as an HR Recruiter for Andwill Group from July 2016 to April 2020. Sourav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, completed between 2013 and 2016, and also possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the National Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata (Annamalai University), obtained from 2008 to 2012.
