Snigdha Agrawal, a Chartered Accountant and MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, currently serves as the Unit Head of Retail and Corporate Lending Control at Bandhan Bank since August 2024. Prior to this role, Snigdha held positions including Managing Director of SBL at Protium and Lead Partnerships at Aditya Birla Finance Limited. Additional experience includes key leadership roles at IIFL Home Loans and L&T Financial Services, as well as managerial responsibilities at UCO Bank. Snigdha began a professional career in financial advisory at a Chartered Accountant firm after completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
