Ritika Sharma is an experienced professional in risk management and credit risk monitoring. Currently serving at Bandhan Bank since June 2024 in the Risk Management department, Ritika previously held the position of Manager in the Credit Risk Monitoring department at Federal Bank from May 2018 to June 2024. Earlier roles at Federal Bank include Assistant Manager, Manager, and Probation Officer, in addition to an internship. Ritika holds a degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from Federal Manipal School of Banking. Early education was completed at Gyan Bharti Public School with a CBSE 10th grade qualification.
