Thomas Stell is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Bandera Group since May 2024. Thomas has a strong foundation in reservoir engineering, having held positions as Reservoir Engineering Manager and Senior Reservoir Engineer at Escondido Resources, and as Reservoir Engineer at XTO Energy. Early career experiences include internships at BOPCO and Sheridan Production Company. Academic credentials include an MBA from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
