Karla Arizpe Garza possesses over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in tailored solutions for the business market. Currently serving as Director PyME at Banco Bancrea and co-founding GrowNow at SOC Asesores, Karla has significantly contributed to the SME ecosystem by designing targeted value propositions and enhancing sales forces to support sustained business growth. Previous roles include Business Technology Director and commercial strategy positions at Konfío, as well as leadership roles at HSBC and Scotiabank, where initiatives such as the establishment of the Digital Factory and development of market strategies for SMEs were pivotal. Karla holds a degree in Banking and Finance from Universidad Mexicana del Noreste.
