Germán García Rubio currently serves as Gerente Jurídico de Valores y Tesorería at Bancolombia since August 2021, following a progression through various legal roles within the organization focused on financial law and capital markets. In conjunction with corporate responsibilities, Germán has held academic positions at Universidad de los Andes and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, teaching courses in financial law and contributing to the development of financial legislation programs. Previous experience includes advisory roles at the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, legal counsel at Aon, and internships in legal settings, complemented by a solid educational background in law and financial legislation from Universidad de los Andes.
