João Henrique Batista de Souza Schmidt has been a member of the board of directors since May 2021, and holds a degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas. He is the Executive Director of Votorantim S.A., where he has worked since 2014. He has also served as Director of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs Brazil from 2010 to 2014, Vice President of Investment Banking at Citigroup from 2006 to 2010 and Associate at Goldman Sachs from 2000 to 2006. Schmidt holds a degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
