Isabella Fonseca is a Product Design and Customer Experience Specialist currently working at Santander, focusing on enhancing user experience for credit products and collaborating with the CX team to improve UX practices within the organization. Previously, Isabella held multiple roles at IBM, including Product Designer for credit and investment journeys, where in-depth research and prototyping contributed to significant financial outcomes for Santander Bank. With a background in user experience design, Isabella has developed numerous user journeys and has experience in IT architecture and development, as well as a foundation in performance arts. Isabella holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and additional qualifications in Product Management and English language instruction.
