Catarina Pereira is a seasoned professional in user experience design with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Experience Design for OneEurope at Santander, Catarina Pereira has previously held significant positions such as Head of User Experience Design at both Santander Portugal and TAP Air Portugal. Additionally, Catarina Pereira contributes to academia as an Invited Adjunct Professor for the HCI Master program at Escola Superior de Educação de Coimbra. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior User Experience Designer at Deco Proteste. Catarina Pereira holds a Professional Master in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and an Advanced Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
