Bogdan Muciek is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Revenue Management at Santander Consumer Finance since November 2022. In addition, Bogdan co-founded Work and Spa in March 2021, where the focus is on enjoyable work experiences, while also holding the position of Head of CRM at Santander Consumer Finance Benelux B.V. from March 2021 to November 2022 and previously heading the CRM Department at Santander Consumer Bank SA from January 2002 to July 2020. Academic credentials include a Doktor (Dr) degree in Applied Mathematics and a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics, both obtained from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
