Belén Pardo Aguilar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Group Vice President of Human Resources at Banco Santander since December 2004, with responsibilities including managing HR for SCIB and overseeing corporate HR projects with a significant impact on the UK. Prior to this role, Belén worked at Suarez y Aberasturi from October 2003 to July 2004 as a HR consultant in the commercial-marketing department. Educational background includes a Licenciatura in Derecho from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, completed between 1998 and 2003, and further professional development at The Valley Business & Tech School in 2019.
