Ainoha Siucho is currently an Incoming Summer Analyst at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking as of December 2023. Ainoha holds leadership positions as Chapter President and Vice President of Operations for the NC Beta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women and as Vice President and Project Lead of Communications for the Duke Latin American Student Organization, where Ainoha has successfully coordinated multiple events and enhanced member engagement. Additionally, Ainoha serves as Vice President for the Duke Latinx Business Organization and has been the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Ayudando Abrigando since 2016, overseeing significant initiatives that included recycling efforts and fundraising campaigns. Ainoha has gained valuable internship experience at Santander Perú, BTG Pactual, and Morgan Stanley. Ainoha is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology at Duke University, expected to graduate in May 2025, after completing high school at Colegio Franklin Delano Roosevelt in Lima.
