Claudia Oliveira currently serves as Gerente Governança de TI at Banco Rendimento since May 2023, specializing in access management, incident control, and regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes over a decade at Banco Pine, notably as Gestora Governança de TI, where Claudia established IT governance practices based on ITIL principles and implemented ITSM tools, enhancing operational performance and risk management.
