Isel Ximena Blanco Espinoza possesses extensive experience in risk management and customer service. Currently serving as Encargada Nacional de Punto de Reclamo at Banco Prodem since November 2019, Isel has previously held the position of Riesgo Operacional at FFP PRODEM S.A. from 2009 until March 2022. Academically, Isel holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UPB, a Coaching Certification in Human Resources Management from Universidad Privada Boliviana, and a degree in Financial Auditing from Universidad Tecnica de Oruro.
