Karla Kulas, also known as Kaku, has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in remuneration and talent management. Currently serving as Gerente de RH at Banco Fibra since April 2017, Kaku oversees compensation, performance management, people analytics, and OKRs, while demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and talent development expertise. Previous roles include HR Consultant focused on compensation policy and analysis at Banco Fibra, and Analyst de Remuneração at Banco CBSS. Kaku's earlier positions involved HR coordination and analysis, as well as the implementation of competency management models and organizational culture processes at Unibanco. Kaku holds a degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário FIEO and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Analytics and Artificial Intelligence at FIA Business School.
