Hernan Jares is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital operations and technology management, currently serving as the Director of Digital Operations Transformation at Banco Falabella Chile since June 2021. In this role, Hernan leads cross-functional teams to transition back-office operations to a digital-first model, emphasizing process reengineering to support significant growth. Previously, Hernan held various leadership positions at Citi from June 2012 to May 2021, including Chief Operating Officer for Latin America, managing large teams and driving strategic projects across numerous countries. Hernan's career also includes key roles in project management, eCommerce, and software development, demonstrating a strong blend of operational excellence and innovation. Hernan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires.
