Anco Ringeling has extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles, particularly within the healthcare and financial sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of The Supervisory Board at Fundacion Cas pa Comunidad Arubano and a member of the Supervisory Board at ENNIA ARUBA and Banco di Caribe, Anco also works as a self-employed consultant. Previous roles include CEO and Senior Consultant at AZV - National Health Insurance, as well as an advisory position at Horacio Oduber Hospital. Anco's academic background includes a master's degree in Social Sciences from Utrecht University and a bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution, complemented by secondary education at Reformatorisch College Blaucapel.
