Carlos Paz has extensive experience in risk management and financial oversight, currently serving as the Chief Risk Management Officer at Banco Sabadell since September 2022. In addition, Carlos has held multiple significant roles at TSB Bank, including Board Member, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Audit Officer since March 2016. Previous experience includes the position of Chief Risk Control Officer at Banco Sabadell from July 2013 to February 2016, and Chief Financial Officer at CatalunyaCaixa from June 2010 to June 2013. Carlos began a career in financial planning and management control at Caixa Catalunya, where the role of Director was held from 2008 to 2010. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA from Esade, complemented by a Licentiate degree in Economics and Business from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
