Gustavo Quites is an experienced professional in the financial sector, currently serving as Superintendente Comercial at Banco Bmg since September 2021. Prior to this role, Gustavo held the position of Superintendente Executivo at Banco PAN from July 2013 to September 2021, overseeing the B2C Commercial Area. Gustavo's extensive experience also includes various managerial roles at BV Financeira between March 2010 and July 2013 and a tenure as Superintendente at Bradesco from February 2006 to February 2010. Gustavo is pursuing leadership development and an MBA in Market Strategy at Fundação Dom Cabral and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, respectively, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista.
