Mario Valdivia is an experienced economic researcher currently serving as Líder de Unidad de Investigación Económica at Bancaribe since July 2018. In this role, Mario coordinates and supervises macroeconomic variable projections for the Venezuelan economy, as well as conducting political and economic analyses for business planning. Previously, as a Senior Specialist in Economic Research, Mario conducted in-depth analyses regarding economic policies and their impact on the banking sector. Mario began a career in economic research as a Specialist at Bancaribe, focusing on macroeconomic and financial variables. Early experience includes an internship at Banco Central de Venezuela, where Mario contributed to compiling and analyzing economic data. Mario holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Central de Venezuela, earned in 2018.
