Mirko Cavazzana has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving in the International Division at Banca Passadore & C. since January 2016. Prior to this role, Mirko worked as a lawyer at McDermott Will & Emery from January 2014 to January 2016, where involvement included domestic and cross-border corporate, M&A, restructuring, and real estate transactions. Additionally, Mirko contributed to Nuova Giurisprudenza Ligure as an author from January 2013 to January 2014, publishing articles on significant verdicts from the Court of Appeal of Genoa. Earlier experience includes a position as a trainee lawyer at Iavicoli and partners lawyers, where a variety of legal documents were drafted and research conducted from May 2012 to January 2014. Mirko holds a Master's degree from Università degli Studi di Genova, completed in 2012.
