Sepideh Rouhi has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Team Leader at Banca di Asti since July 2014, where responsibilities include enhancing customer care services and supporting the Office Manager in team organization and goal-setting. Rouhi is also involved in the Filiale OnLine team, focusing on big data analysis, procedure design for online banking, and reporting on online sales strategies. Previous roles in banking include positions in Back Office and as a Bank Clerk, facilitating customer transactions and promoting banking products. Prior to banking, Rouhi gained experience as a Showroom Assistant at Alexander McQueen and worked as a translator for an Iranian novel at Garzanti Libri S.p.A. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Economics and Management from Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale, complemented by an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
