Alberto Vieira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Project Director at Bahia Mineração Ltda. since September 2016, Alberto previously held the position of Project Director - Iron Ore Brazil at Anglo American from March 2008 to September 2016, where responsibilities included the Minas Rio Pipeline Implementation. Alberto's career includes significant roles such as Railway Manager for the Moatize Coal Project at Vale and Permant Way Resident Engineer at FCA- Ferrovia Centro Atlantica. Alberto's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Kennedy, along with multiple postgraduate degrees in Project Management from IETEC, Railway Engineering from PUC Minas, and Financial Engineering from Fundação Dom Cabral, supplemented by short courses at the University of Cambridge and the University of Pretoria.
