Lillian Njiru is an accomplished Executive Presence Consultant and International Etiquette Coach at Refine Etiquette and Image Consulting since September 2020, with a strong commitment to fostering excellence and authenticity. Lillian has over seven years of experience at Bamburi Cement PLC, where responsibilities included leading Human Rights and Social Impact initiatives while serving in various roles such as Chief of Staff in the Executive office. Previous experience includes positions at The Coca-Cola Company, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tetra Pak, and Capital FM Kenya, covering areas such as customer leadership, project coordination, and administrative support. Lillian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Newport University, a Higher National Diploma in International Etiquette Coaching from Luxury Academy London, and a certification in Business and Human Rights from UN Global Compact, alongside a diploma in Information Technology and Business Administration from Loreto College Msongari.
